Price Drop Alerts

Add items to your Price Drop Alert list to keep tabs on the price and get notified when we detect a price drop or sale. Price Drop Alerts can be created in the iOS or Android apps. Alerts cannot be created from the Chrome or Safari extension at this time.

How do I create a Price Drop Alert?

To add an item to your Price Drop Alert list, tap the bell icon when comparing prices in Search or Scan results in the iOS or Android app.

Currently, you can only create an alert for an item from a specific retailer. You can create a separate alert for the same item at as many retailers as you like.

Why can’t I create a Price Drop Alert for a particular item?

If you see the message ‘Alerts are not yet available for this retailer’, it means we haven’t enabled Price Drop Alerts for this retailer yet. We’re enabling more retailers all the time, check back later to see if your favourite retailer has been added!

How many times will you notify me about the same item?

We’ll only send you one price drop notification for each item/retailer combination the first time we detect the target price has been met. The item will remain in your Price Drop Alert list until you delete the item, so you can still keep track of the price. You can tap the reset alert button to set a new target price and receive a notification when the new target price has been met.

How many notifications will I receive in 1 day?

You'll receive one notification for each alert where the target price has been meet.

How many items can I add to my Price Drop Alert list?

You may add up to 50 items to your list.

How do I remove an item?

Tap the trash can icon in your Price Drop Alerts list and follow the prompts to remove an item from your list.
