Do you show out of stock deals?

We only try to show deals for in-stock products. If we detect an item is completely out of stock we will not show it.

What if a deal has no stock for some sizes or colours?

If certain sizes or colours are sold out, it may appear lower in the default sort order depending on the stock and other information we detect.  

How do you find the deals?

Zyft AI scans thousands of Aussie retailers every day and also checks data provided by retailers. We do our best to show only genuine deals based on multiple factors but mistakes can happen, so we recommend checking the retailer site before you buy.

Why wasn’t a deal the cheapest price?

Sometimes a retailer offers a genuine discount that isn’t the cheapest in the market. It could be due to things like higher stock levels, being a more popular retailer, or missing price data from a cheaper store at the time, or other factors.

Why was a deal unavailable when I visited the retailer website?

Some deals sell out quickly. We currently update availability daily, so there may be a short delay before this is reflected in the Deals Hub.

How do I provide feedback on a bad deal?

After tapping a deal and visiting a retailer’s site, return to Zyft. You’ll see a feedback option for the last deal you clicked.  This option may disappear for that deal if too much time has passed.
